We deliver to all residences, businesses, hospitals and funeral homes in the Knoxville area as well as Louisville, Powell and Seymour.

Our Bearden store at 7200 Kinston Pike is open from 8:00a.m. to 5:30p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. on Saturday.

Our Farragut store at 10420 Kinston Pike in Lovell Heights Shopping Center is open from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday and 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. on Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our standard local delivery charge is $8.95. However, delivery charges due vary by address and will be added to EACH order, for each address. A service fee of $5.00 is charged for deliveries outside our local delivery area.

Orders in our delivery area must be received before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time to assure same-day delivery.For orders outside our local delivery area we must receive the order by 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone. Since your orders outside our area are dependent on a local florist in the recipient's area, we may contact you about delivery the next day once the florist has reviewed the order.

We will do our best to accomodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are closed on Sundays, but deliver to all FUNERAL HOMES and HOSPITALS on Sunday. Residential deliveries will be considered depending on the address. Orders must be received by 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. There is an additional delivery charge for Sunday delivery.
